II. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
We collect and process personal data for the following specific purposes:
- Execution of delivery orders: Name, phone number, and delivery address are mandatory for the preparation and physical delivery of food to you.
- Confirmation and management of reservations.
- Issuance of accounting documents (invoices).
- Marketing (optional): Sending newsletters and promotions only with your explicit consent.
- Provision of services in the Bubbu Bear Children's Center (online declarations): We collect the full name of the parent and child, phone, email, date of birth of the child, their gender (optional), as well as specific health information (allergies, illnesses, medical conditions). The processing of health data is carried out solely on the basis of your explicit electronic consent for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the child during their stay at the center. This data is stored in a secure database for a period of 3 years from the date of the last visit for protection against potential legal claims.
III. Provision of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential. However, to fulfill your order, we need to share the minimum necessary data with third parties:
- Courier companies and suppliers: For delivery purposes, your names, phone number, and address are provided to partner courier companies or external suppliers with whom we have a contract. These entities are not allowed to use your data for purposes other than performing the delivery.
- State authorities: Only in cases provided by law (e.g., NRA).
IV. Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following grounds: Performance of a contract (processing your food order or reservation); Legal obligation (accounting accountability); Consent (for marketing messages).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "KASAPI" EOOD (hereinafter referred to as the "Trader") and the persons using the website and online store www.kasapi.bg (the "User"). By clicking on an object, image, link, or "Order" button, the User agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
II. ORDERS, DELIVERY AND ONLINE RESERVATIONS
1. Delivery Orders: The User has the right to order the offered goods (food and drinks). When ordering, the User is obliged to provide a correct address and telephone number. The delivery time and price are visualized before finalizing the order.
2. Online Reservations:
- The restaurant provides an option for an online table reservation request via an electronic form on the website.
- Confirmation: Filling out the online form DOES NOT automatically guarantee a table reservation. The reservation is considered valid and confirmed only after a phone call from our employee to the number you provided.
- Delay: In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide the table to other clients.
- Data: Personal data (name, phone, email) collected through the reservation form is used solely for the purpose of managing the reservation and communicating with the client, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
III. Prices, Currency and Payment (Eurozone)
1. Dual Display of Prices: In connection with the upcoming accession of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Eurozone, effective from the respective adoption date (expected Jan 1, 2026), all prices on the Website and in the menu are indicated simultaneously in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and Euro (EUR).
2. Fixed Rate and Conversion:
Price recalculation is performed according to the official fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank:
1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN
Mathematical rounding rules to the second decimal place are applied during conversion.
3. Payment Conditions in the Transition Period:
- Until 31.12.2025 (inclusive): The official means of payment is the Bulgarian Lev. Payments are made in BGN.
- From 01.01.2026: The Euro becomes the official currency.
- Dual Circulation Period (1 month from the date of introduction): During this period, the User may pay for Cash on Delivery orders in both BGN and EUR. The Trader (courier) returns change in EUR, except in cases where sufficient availability is lacking (pursuant to the Law on the Introduction of the Euro).
4. Payment Methods: Payment is made via Cash on Delivery (cash upon receipt) or Bank Card (if applicable), where for electronic payments, the currency is determined by the terminal/bank settings.
IV. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days): According to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the User has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods.
2. EXCEPTIONS (When you CANNOT return goods / withdraw):
- Pursuant to Art. 57, item 4 of the CPA, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to the delivery of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (this means that ordered and prepared food, beverages, or unsealed products for direct consumption CANNOT be returned and refunded).
- Pursuant to Art. 57, item 12 of the CPA, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to the provision of services for leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (this means that reservations for specific dates and times for events at the Bubbu Bear Children's Center — children's birthday parties, christenings, or other organized parties — are final and the deposit paid for them is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the user).
3. For goods that DO NOT fall under the exceptions (e.g., packaged long-life products, souvenirs, vouchers), the User may exercise their right of withdrawal by filling out a Standard Withdrawal Form (attached below) and sending it to email: kasapi.delivery @ gmail.com
V. Complaints
Upon ascertaining a discrepancy in the delivered food (wrong item, spoiled food, missing item), the User must notify the Trader immediately upon receipt of the delivery at tel: +359 897 777 188. The Trader undertakes to replace the item or refund the amount.
VI. Dispute Resolution Platform
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved jointly with the Trader, you can use the EU ODR platform: Link to ODR.

RULES FOR VISITING CHILDREN'S CENTER BUBBU BEAR
1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules govern the terms of use of the services at the Bubbu Bear Children's Center.
1.2. By visiting the center, the parent/guardian confirms that they are familiar with these rules and agree to comply with them.
1.3. The children's center is intended for children over 3 years of age.
2. Admission of Children
2.1. Only children for whom a declaration has been submitted by a parent or legal guardian are admitted to the center.
2.2. The parent is obliged to provide up-to-date information regarding:
- allergies;
- chronic diseases;
- administered medications;
- special needs;
- other circumstances related to the child's health and safety.
2.3. The center reserves the right to refuse admission to a child in the presence of circumstances that may endanger the health and safety of other visitors.
3. Health Condition
3.1. Children with symptoms of contagious disease are not allowed, including:
- temperature;
- vomiting;
- diarrhea;
- cough with suspicion of infection;
- rashes of unknown origin;
- other symptoms that may pose a risk to other children.
3.2. If an indisposition is established during the stay, the parent is notified immediately and is obliged to arrange the pickup of the child as soon as possible.
4. Safety
4.1. Bubbu Bear staff supervises children during their stay within the normal organization of activities.
4.2. Parents accept that children's games and physical activities involve normal risks of minor incidents such as:
- slipping;
- tripping;
- collision between children;
- falling during play.
4.3. The children's center takes all reasonable care for the safety of visitors and the maintenance of facilities in good working order.
4.4. The center is not liable for damages caused by:
- false or incomplete information provided by the parent;
- non-compliance with the rules by the child;
- force majeure circumstances and events beyond the control of the center.
5. Personal Belongings
5.1. It is recommended that children do not bring valuable items, electronic devices, jewelry, or money.
5.2. Bubbu Bear is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Picking Up the Child
6.1. The child is handed over only to a parent, legal guardian, or an adult person previously specified by them.
6.2. In case of doubt regarding the identity of the person picking up the child, the employees have the right to request an identity document.
7. Medical Situations
7.1. In the event of an accident or sudden deterioration of the child's health, the staff immediately notifies the parent.
7.2. In case of urgent need, the center has the right to seek medical assistance or call 112.
8. Photos and Video Recordings
8.1. Photos and video materials of children are used only after the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.
8.2. The parent can withdraw the given consent at any time through a written notice.
9. Protection of Personal Data
9.1. Bubbu Bear processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and its Privacy Policy.
9.2. The data is used solely for the purpose of providing the services of the center and for complying with the legal obligations of the company.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Bubbu Bear reserves the right to update these rules when necessary.
10.2. The current version of the rules is published on the official website of the center.
10.3. By submitting an online declaration, the parent confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these rules.
