THE PIG FAIR
DECEMBER 13, 20 & 27, 2025
For the second consecutive year, I – the Butcher – am gathering people around the embers with "The Pig Fair 🐽". Three weekends in a row – December 13, 20, and 27, 2025 – Komatevo will once again smell of burnt straw, fresh meat, and mulled rakia. We'll singe pigs, raise toasts, and bring back to life a custom that once brought entire villages together around a fire.
Last year we started this tradition, and people embraced it as a true celebration – with songs, dances, and tables laden with food and wine. This year, we continue even stronger because the celebration isn't for one day, but for an entire community that comes together to share joy, taste, and memories.
So, if you want to be a part of this story – of the fire, the meat, and the company that warms more than rakia – I'll be waiting for you in Komatevo. There, where tradition comes to life, and the celebration becomes real.
