The history of Kasapi Steakhouse does not begin with our opening. It begins back in 1952, when the residents of three neighboring villages in the Komatevo area joined forces to raise this building with their own hands. Their goal was simple but sacred - to create a place for meetings, weddings, gatherings, and shared joy.
Today, we don't just manage this home - we are reviving its soul. We preserved the authentic spirit of "gathering" but added a modern reading and uncompromising quality.
We believe that great food begins with a clear conscience. We work with local, eco-certified farms and personally know our producers.
But our menu is not just steaks. It is nostalgia for childhood - with homemade lukanka and sudzhuk (cured sausages) made by a recipe passed down for three generations in our family, and with "grandma's jars" of pickles and appetizers.
Located in "Komatevo" - the symbolic "Gate to the Rhodopes", Kasapi is an escape from the city noise without leaving Plovdiv.
With its cool garden in a natural park and a specialized children's center, we have created a space where parents can enjoy a glass of magnificent wine while the children play freely.
